About Herbal Ubtan
Aarviyon Herbal Ubtan follows the recipe Indian households have used for generations before weddings and festivals: chickpea flour as a gentle cleanser and exfoliant, turmeric for glow, sandalwood for cooling, rose for fragrance and softness, and a little masoor dal for texture.
Ubtan predates soap in India by a very long way, and it works on a different principle. Chickpea flour lifts oil and dead skin through mild abrasion and its own natural saponins, so the skin is cleaned without its barrier being stripped. That is why ubtan leaves skin soft rather than tight.
