Aarviyon Raw Honey is exactly what the bees made. It is never heated above hive temperature, never ultra-filtered and never blended with syrup. Pollen, enzymes and natural aromatics all remain, which is why it crystallises over time as real honey should.

Most supermarket honey is pasteurised and micro-filtered so that it stays clear and pourable indefinitely. That process removes pollen and destroys the enzymes, leaving something that is sweet but no longer honey in the sense Ayurveda means.
