About Moringa Capsules
Aarviyon Moringa Capsules contain 500 mg of shade-dried Moringa oleifera leaf powder per vegetarian capsule. Shade drying matters: sun drying destroys much of the vitamin content, so we dry slowly in the shade and mill at low temperature to protect the nutrition.
Called the miracle tree, Moringa is one of the most nutrient-dense plants recorded. Its leaves carry all nine essential amino acids along with naturally occurring iron, calcium, potassium and vitamins A, C and E — which is why Indian households have used it for centuries as everyday nourishment rather than as medicine.
Key Benefits
- Everyday Nutrition — A natural multi-nutrient from whole food, not synthetic isolates.
- Natural Iron — Supports healthy haemoglobin and helps counter tiredness.
- Plant Calcium — Supports bone and dental health.
- Complete Protein — Contains all nine essential amino acids.
- Antioxidant Support — Quercetin and chlorogenic acid help counter oxidative stress.
- Sustained Energy — Nutrient density supports steady energy through the day.
- Skin & Hair — Vitamins A, C and E support skin repair and hair strength.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is Moringa a replacement for a multivitamin?
A: It is a whole-food source of many of the same nutrients, but not a like-for-like substitute for a clinically dosed supplement. Treat it as daily nourishment.
Q: Why shade dried?
A: Sunlight degrades vitamin A and C in the leaf. Shade drying preserves considerably more of the nutrition.
Q: Will it help with anaemia?
A: Moringa is a good plant source of iron and is traditionally used to support haemoglobin, but diagnosed anaemia needs medical treatment.
Q: Can I take it on an empty stomach?
A: You can, but taking it with food improves absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and is gentler on digestion.
Q: Leaf or seed?
A: Leaf only. Seeds and root have very different, stronger actions.
